We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with 1-2 years experience to help us test and maintain our modern single-page application. Working alongside William, our Director of Service Tech, you would have the opportunity to contribute to new software initiatives and ensure continued growth of ServPro, a proprietary platform used by 700+ agents daily. Lend your skills to a team who tackle just about anything required to bring our customer service experience to the next level. From interacting with our customer service team to managing and prioritizing bug reports, and working directly with the development team to test new features on our application before they go into production, there’s never a lack of challenges to keep your skills sharp!

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you’re highly skilled in:

  • Using bug reporting tools such as Jira or Trello;
  • Understanding or previous experience with customer service processes;
  • Managing Cloud-based services (AWS, Twilio) is considered an asset;
  • Monitoring health and performance of applications and business processes (New Relic, Looker, TrackJS, FullStory);
  • Working with SQL queries;
  • Providing excellent communication and organizational skills.
