We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our team. Working in conjunction with our Executive Management, you will be responsible for ensuring we have an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that empowers our teams to exceed expectations! Develop and implement our HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with our overall business priorities, while sustaining our company mission and enhancing our company culture. Play a key role in designing and executing our Recruitment strategy while working collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition Specialists. Your main goal will be to ensure constant engagement from prospective candidates and  to solidify our sourcing efforts & talent pool for continued success. Work closely with all departments to assess employee engagement and retention, identify leadership gaps and create a “behind the scenes” strategy to promote personal development and training. Provide consultation and insight to our leaders and managers on strategic staffing, coaching and performance management; thus allowing our employees to be the best versions of themselves!

  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with proven experience as a Director of HR; 
  • Understanding, implementing, and executing all HR functions and leading practices;
  • Communicating with various departments and streamlining HR processes and procedures;
  • Finding creative ways to attract, source, and retain top talent;
  • Managing employees issues, assessing root problems and continuous coaching;
  • Measurement & reporting procedures to provide key analytics for HR practices & recruitment strategies.
