We’re looking for a Director of Sales, with 7+ years of experience. Working with Chris, our COO, you would have the opportunity to manage our inbound sales teams (outsourced) and play an integral role in delivering best-in-class customer experience to enable our next stage of growth. As a skilled leader, motivator & communicator, you will build strong working relationships with internal and external teams to deliver the Sales team’s objectives across all dimensions of operating performance: sales/revenue, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and compliance. For example, you will implement tools, tactics and incentive programs to deliver sales targets in line with the strategic plan. You will partner with our Marketing, Product and Content teams to identify and implement sales growth and optimization opportunities. You will work closely with the Training teams to coordinate ongoing learning initiatives to promote continued development and motivation of sales agents. Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to design and roll-out a monitoring process to ensure we consistently deliver the FlightHub brand promise in compliance with laws and regulations. You will also be working closely with our Partner Relationship team to provide guidance, establish targets and manage the performance of our outsourcing partner.

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you’re highly skilled in:

  • Leading sales operations in a call center environment (experience working with a BPO at scale would be considered an asset);
  • Assessing sales techniques & their effectiveness while contributing evidence of ROI to stakeholders and leaders;
  • Working under pressure, achieving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering under short deadlines;
  • Engaging and building effective relationships with everyone across the organization to achieve goals while demonstrating excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; 
  • Understanding or previous experience within the travel industry (more specifically with flights) would be considered an asset.
