We're looking for a Trainer with 3 years of experience. Working alongside our Manager of Training and Development, Olivier, you would play an integral role in designing and developing training and support material according to the existing curriculum as well as assisting new trainees during their early experience with live service cases. You will also be conducting role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management) Conduct and contribute to the evaluation of our customer service agents and identify areas of improvement in our service quality and procedures.

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

  • Airline travel training and development;
  • Using various GDS; such as Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre or Galileo;
  • Delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Oral and written communication;
  • Experience managing ticketing processes 
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with constant changing needs and policies with poise and composure.
