We're looking for a Customer Service Agent with 1-2 years of experience. Working alongside Jessica, our Call Center Manager, you would play an integral role in supporting customer satisfaction by assisting our clients. While maintaining exemplary professionalism and outstanding service, you would be tasked with efficiently handling and resolving customer issues. Like any other fast-paced, high-performing organization, we require that our customer service agents work rotational shifts between mornings, evenings, and weekends.
