We're looking for Quality Assurance Specialist with 3+ years of experience. Working alongside Pierre, our Director of Customer Service, you will use voice and data monitoring to evaluate, communicate, identify, develop, document, or apply Quality Assurance Standards and support agents through coaching sessions, performance improvement plans and implement effective solutions. Through a commitment to continuous improvement, you will ensure that all productivity and customer service objectives are met or exceeded.
Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:
- Oral and written communication and coaching skills (required to interface effectively with staff, management);
- Exceptional customer service delivery;
- Call Center monitoring;
- Excellent analytical and listening skills;
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with solid skills in Excel, analytical, organizational, time management and diplomatic skills are also essential.
