We're looking for Senior Escalation Specialists with 2+ years experience. Working alongside Jessica, our Call Center Manager, you would play an important role in supporting our client’s happiness and satisfaction with their service. While maintaining exemplary professionalism and service, you would be tasked with efficiently handling and resolving complex customer issues. Like any other fast-paced, high-performing organization, we require that our escalation specialists work rotational shifts between mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends. 


Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

  • Operating a GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, or equivalent);
  • MS Office;
  • Communicating with clients and different industry stakeholders to resolve escalated issues;
  • Answering technical or complex travel inquiries via telephone and email;
  • Current airline fare rules and applying updates and changes as needed; 
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • Teamwork, to collaborate with various teams and provide exceptional customer service that best represents our brand.
  • Fluent in English and French
