We're looking for a Trainer with 3+ years of experience. Working with Olivier, our Training & Development Manager, you would have the opportunity to train our next generation of customer service professionals and be a key member of the Education and Development team. Working alongside the Training Content team, you will facilitate the on-boarding and training of new service agents. By designing and developing our training material according to the existing curriculum, you will ensure efficiency in the process! Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management) and create, maintain, and document student training progress so our agents are ready to hit the ground running and provide outstanding customer support to our clients.

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

  • Airline travel training and development;
  • One or more GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo or Galileo);
  • Customer service (preferably in a customer service center environment);
  • Airline ticketing;
  • Verbal and written communication in English and French.
