As a Schedule Change Coordinator, the chosen candidate will be responsible for investigating and reporting ticketing errors while working with various teams in an effort to automate internal processes and procedures.

-Proven experience as a customer support agent

-Experience working in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to collaborate and work with various teams

-Experience in the travel industry considered an asset

You’re Ready to Take Charge In

-Monitor daily call volume and report trends

-Create, distribute and confirm team briefings and training materials

-Review and monitor calls to identify training opportunities

-Monitor daily email volume to predict number of incoming calls

-Coordinate with offline team to assist with task backlogs
