We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter.

As a part of our HR team, the chosen candidate will play a key role in building our technical teams by carrying out the full cycle recruitment process.


  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, as apart of an agency or in-house;
  • Experience working in IT or Agile environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize needs.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both English and French;
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information;
  • People oriented and results driven;
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.


  • Work closely with Executive team and all levels of management to determine hiring needs;
  • Create job descriptions and post across various platforms to reach appropriate target audience;
  • Track applicants, compile reports and build strong candidate pipelines;
  • Maintain and manage full cycle recruitment;
  • Source, phone screen and book interviews;
  • Follow up and ensure candidate engagement;
  • Prepare and follow through on the entirety of employee on-boarding processes and procedures;
  • Support Director of HR and Executive team on various HR related tasks and projects.
