As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and creating new sales opportunities within the industry. You will:

Be based in Milan and join the EMEA Enterprise Business Development Representative Team that is playing a crucial role in Flexport growth plans. Strategically and with a lot of creativity you will be tasked to getting in touch with good fit companies that want to engage in a conversation with Flexport.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and creating new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe and opening doors in creative ways with large Enterprises;
  • Working alongside our strategic Account Executives to identify and prioritize opportunities;
  • Demonstrating the value of our offering through phone calls, email, video and other social mediums;
  • Understanding how to leverage our CRM (Salesforce) and how to keep it fully updated to ensure success along the sales cycle  
  • Connecting with your colleagues across the organization and different global offices 

You are:

Fluent in both Italian and English; both in speaking and writing.

We are seeking individuals with high energy, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills, who are eager to learn and enhance their sales abilities. If you're a passionate communicator who enjoys connecting with customers, whether over the phone or through other mediums, and thrives on delivering value, this role is for you. 

Empathy and the ability to tailor solutions to meet diverse needs are key attributes we value. Whether you're commercially minded or possess some sales experience, we encourage all qualified candidates, including women, to apply and bring their unique perspectives to our team.
