Your responsibilities as a Principle Recruiter include, but are not limited to the following:
  • You will be a hands on leader responsible for driving Sales hiring across EMEA
  • Work hand-in-hand with recruiters and hiring managers to devise and execute sourcing plans and define ways of working.
  • You will drive our sourcing culture being responsible for owning employee referral sessions and sourcing jams
  • Help develop our recruiters and sourcers to deliver talent on hard to fill roles
  • Ensure priorities are top of mind for recruiters, assisting in removing blockers and driving the team to hit
  • goals
  • Leading from the front you will work on hard to fill roles
  • Drive operational efficiency in the team through enshrining greenhouse compliance
  • Work with Head of Recruiting on revising SLA’s and process
  • Working with recruiters in the creation of playbooks
  • Lead on Projects to drive business goals
  • Extensive experience in a fast paced recruitment environment ( could be Agency)
  • Experience leading sourcing teams and building process/best practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a penchant for data
  • Deep understanding of the complexities of the EMEA market
  • Results focused
  • Ability to flex and pivot in style according to the role, region and demand of the business
