The Pricing Team owns and operates the platform that enables Flexport to design, test, and execute intelligent pricing for our vast array of service offerings. Successful team members can think in algorithms but communicate with anyone. We own Flexport’s pricing models and work across many groups within Flexport including Engineering & Product, Procurement, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Operations.
Coordinate and execute strategic pricing work with Sales, Operations, and Flexport Procurement teams
Build and manage pricing models for Flexport offerings across transportation modes, channels, and geographies
Collaborate with product/engineering to leverage Flexport’s platform or build supporting features
Use robust data analytics and work cross-functionally to identify then attack opportunities to scale, optimize, and grow
You should have:
4+ years experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, consulting, or freight/transportation
Track record of cross-functional collaboration and project management
Skills: Excel, SQL, Powerpoint/Slides, excellent communication
