The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing a winning marketing plan that fuels profitable and sustainable growth. This job reports to the Director of Marketing. You'll be the strategic engine behind high-performing, data-driven marketing campaigns that achieve our annual goals, from generating leads to upselling existing accounts and propelling brand awareness for our industry-leading technology and services solutions.

Job Responsibilities

[50%] Spearhead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and buying journeys to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work with the leadership and stakeholders to design, evangelize and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Flexe, aligning with the overall business goals.
  • Focus on driving pipeline growth through targeted demand generation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics. 
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure relevance of messaging and programs. 
  • Build strong insights on market trends, requirements and the competitive landscape and continuously refine positioning.

[25%] Campaign innovation

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and leads for the business.
  • Research market-place campaigns with what works well with a view to improving our practices.
  • Campaign ROI analysis to optimize performance of campaigns.

[15%] Cultivate a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Advocacy Program

  • Develop and manage a CAB program to gather valuable customer insights, foster relationships with key clients, and build a network of brand advocates.
  • Outline the criteria for selecting high-value customers to participate in the CAB, and spearhead the recruitment process.
  • Following CAB meetings, translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and overall customer experience.

[10%] Marketing team enablement and support

  • Work closely with field marketing, marketing operations, and sales enablement teams to ensure alignment, provide strategic guidance, and remove roadblocks to success.
  • Manage Swag and Event Material Fulfillment: Oversee the process of fulfilling customer swag and event materials (pull-up banners, demos, backdrops) by working with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of Marketing Experience, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B field marketing, ideally within Logistics or Technology.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of marketing tools, data analysis, and customer behavior. 
  • An expert in developing marketing plans that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • A gifted communicator with exceptional written and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative leader with a history of successful collaboration across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A. degree or equivalent Advanced degree preferred.
The salary range for this role is $116,600 to $136,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary for exceeding expectations.
