About the role

As the Director of Channel Partner Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of the Flex app. Your goal is to leverage the brand trust of our property management partners to enhance the visibility and adoption of Flex among their residents. 

In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns focused on expansion, customer communications, and advocacy. You will oversee all programs and campaigns that empower our current property partners to champion Flex to their residents. You will focus on optimizing our existing co-marketing program, and scale new growth levers from the ground up (ie: an incentive or referral program). You will collaborate with and enable our partners to successfully market Flex to their residents, with the goal of increasing adoption and usage of our product. This role requires close collaboration across marketing, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful and cohesive customer programs.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the strategy for Flex's co-marketing program, ensuring success of department OKRs and alignment with the company’s broader business objectives.
  • Create the playbook for B2B2C campaigns to drive adoption of Flex through property networks, and measure effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans to drive resident sign ups such as creating, distributing, and tracking usage of digital and print comarketing assets.
  • Build customer advocacy and referral programs, turning satisfied property partners into Flex advocates and creating referral incentives to encourage resident sign ups.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to gauge effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders about performance and best practices.
  • Work with Sales, Implementations, and Partner Success teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary content and product knowledge to effectively promote our comarketing program to their residents. 

Who you are

  • 8+ years in marketing, with a focus on B2B2C, co-marketing, customer, product, or partnership marketing preferred. 
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing campaigns and testing frameworks across formats (ie: email, digital, social), and measuring success. 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, adept at crafting engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strategic thinker skilled in multitasking and managing multiple deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Analytically-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills to understand customer behavior and trends
  • Strong project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of forging and maintaining professional relationships. 
  • Experience in community, incentive, or loyalty program building is a plus.

This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, GTM. 

This is a hybrid role based in New York City.

The national pay range for this role is $200,000-$211,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
