About the Role

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Flex, you will play a dual role in both strategy formulation and operational efficiency. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing our strategic vision, enabling the CSO to ideate, evaluate, and launch innovative business models and products.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the CSO in identifying and evaluating new markets, products, and customer needs to guide projects from conception to execution.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with project leaders.
  • Help optimize business operations and strategies to enhance the CSO’s effectiveness.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned across departments for cohesive implementation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making by the CSO.
  • Manage critical communications and create presentations for diverse audiences.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Operational experience in a FinTech or tech startup is highly desirable.
  • An effective communicator, you have a proven ability to influence and drive projects across various levels and functions within an organization.
  • Your critical thinking skills are exceptional, equipping you to navigate and solve intricate business problems.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are among your strongest suits.
  • You uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality, consistently demonstrating accountability and trustworthiness.

 

The national pay range for this role is $172,000-$180,000  in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
