FleishmanHillard Texas is looking for a passionate, innovative, project management intern who is eager to work alongside our talented team of designers, filmmakers, copywriters and social media strategists. Interns are an integral part of our dynamic team and will work as part of the creative team to facilitate design, production and distribution of creative materials and social content. This three-month paid internship will be hybrid, full-time 40 hours per week starting in Fall 2024.

This full-time paid internship is 40 hours per week and runs from September 11, 2024 – December 13, 2024. This internship offers a hybrid work experience (remote and in-office). Note: candidates are required to work onsite in our Dallas office at least two times a week.

Responsibilities

The Project Management Intern will support the Managing Supervisor of Project Management to assess inbound requests, assign resources, coordinate assets and manage projects. They will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional communications team on projects such as social media campaigns, infographics, videos, presentations, marketing collateral, new business pitches, reports, website assets and more. 

The role will require strong project management skills, time management skills and the ability to oversee a high volume of projects simultaneously.  

Dallas interns have the opportunity to learn from an integrated team of communications professionals and will be exposed to a broad range of digital, creative and social media activities including research and analysis, copywriting, creative strategy, social strategy, paid media planning, influencer outreach, creative design and digital campaign development. 

Requirements include: 

  • Ideal candidates will be college graduates with a focus preferably in digital communications, marketing, advertising or related fields.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18-$20 an hour.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
