Role overview

The Executive Creative Director (ECD) in London sits within a core central function alongside Strategists, Planners, Cultural Analysts and DE&I leads.  We are building a creative engine room with Culture and DE&I at the heart.

The ECD will drive creative culture change in FH London and build and lead a strong creative agency DNA.  We are looking for community-changing, Cannes award-winning ideas that lead with earned, capture attention, and make a difference.

As part of a global agency giving us backbone, rigour, data and network resource, this is an opportunity to work with a new London leadership team with ambitious growth plans.  With access to substantial briefs spanning B2B and B2C sectors, the aim is to help grow our marquee clients with an integrated approach.

We are seeking a team player and a leader with brave and bold ideas, ready to create campaigns and pitches that earn and deliver attention.  Working alongside our specialist leads in Sport, Travel, Health, International Affairs, Talent & Transformation to grow our sector portfolios with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Shaping the agency’s creative offering and providing creative direction and leadership 
  • Leading the creative input on high value new business responses from RFP to pitch
  • Generating creative propositions for a variety of global brands across a range of industries
  • Conceptualising and executing compelling creative solutions that effectively communicate and engage target audiences across various channels, in line with clients’ business objectives
  • As a senior member of the London team, working into the Global MD of Brand and Culture and feeding into the UK board to shape the agency’s creative agenda and advance key business and cultural initiatives
  • Collaborating with the client teams to identify growth opportunities with current and prospective clients
