The Flatiron School is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Career Services to join our rapidly growing team!

At Flatiron School, we're changing education. For more than five years, we've been teaching amazing people how to code, and helping them find jobs.

The Career Services team is responsible for ensuring our graduates have the support necessary to be successful in the job search process after graduation. Getting a job can be hard, so our Career Services support students every step of the way. Career Coaches counsel students one-on-one to set career goals and provide guidance in the process, and also educate students on important job search topics like networking and interviewing best practices. That’s how we support the school’s overall 97% job placement rate.

The team is growing quickly and the Operations Coordinator will be excited about maintaining processes that will work well for our current size and scope while working with the rest of the operations team to identify improvements to support a future with many more coaches, campuses, and programs. As we scale, the Operations Coordinator will know how to be scrappy and plug a hole in our existing ship, and will use their unique POV to advocate for when to build a new ship altogether.
