The Company:
Quotient Therapeutics, Inc. is a privately held, early-stage company developing a novel genomics platform and therapeutics for diseases with a large unmet need.
Position Summary:
Execute target validation experiments using in vitro model systems aimed to validate targets identified from Quotient platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of senior members of the team and assist in designing and implementing research protocols.
- Perform laboratory experiments in line with the project goals in the field of immunology.
- Apply various laboratory techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, and primary cell isolation and culture.
- Conduct in vitro and ex vivo immune assays, including immune cell stimulation and cytokine assays.
- Collect, analyze and interpret scientific data accurately.
- Maintain precise experimental records and documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of research articles, reports and presentations.
- Follow lab safety procedures and rules to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Immunology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of laboratory research experience
