Outside Warranty Sales reps are tasked primarily with securing service referrals and home warranty orders from Realtors and Real Estate professionals such as Title and Mortgage companies.

What you’ll need:

  • A passion for building relationships and serving others
  • The ability to mentally handle challenges without fanfare
  • A genuine interest developing relationships and working with diverse cultures and personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and follow up with clients
  • An understanding of the local market, competition, and how to position Fixd to grow market share
  • Desire to not only meet but exceed monthly goals

What you’ll do:

  • Set weekly appointments with real estate offices, local boards, real estate schools and title companies to pitch Fixd
  • Make 100+ impressions each week from group presentations and 1:1’s about the benefits of Fixd
  • Network with title company reps to introduce you to top producers in the area
  • Utilize Fixd Sales CRM to follow up post presentation to stay top of mind via phone calls, text messages and emails
  • Consistently come up with creative solutions that benefit the customer and company
  • Serve as a liaison between the real estate community and the Fixd corporate office
  • Host and Co-Host events at real estate offices and offsite locations
  • Keep communication channels open with the inside reps and utilize them for appointment setting and meetings with high-level prospects
  • Leverage sales and closing skills to strengthen relationships and build customer loyalty year-over-year by creating a partnership that sustains the real estate market ebbs and flows
  • Share Fixd materials with brokerages, agents and title offices
  • Ask for warranty referrals and service business, and keep prospects accountable to their commitment to try Fixd for service and/or warranty claims work
