As an Inside Service Sales representative, you will be selling homeowner service leads for projects in various work categories. Your responsibilities will include responding to leads in a timely manner, keeping an organized pipeline, and learning the Fixd platform and CRM.
As the Fixd Inside Service Sales rep you will be selling leads generated through various platforms to service professionals, and ensuring jobs get scheduled. There will be minimum effort requirements of 3 hours of talk time and 100 dials per day.
What you will be doing:
Calling out homeowners from inbound leads
Quoting homeowners over the phone on projects in various categories
Scheduling Fixd technicians through Fixd Software
What you need to be successful
Brilliant organization skills and pipeline management
Excellent written and communication skills
Positive and team-oriented attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Understanding of various PWC’s & MSA’s
Strong work ethic
Ability to work autonomously
Must be sales-driven, money-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic- we have a highly incentive driven environment (again- cash, vacations, paid days off...)
Outbound cold calling sales experience preferred- must not be afraid to pick up the phone.
Ability to complete the entire sales process on the phone.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Able to provide proof that you are at least 21 years of age.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy sales center environment without being distracted (music played throughout the day).
