About the Role:
The IT Help Desk Support position will supplement the IT team to handle help desk requests and provide additional timezone coverage to support Kaluga, APAC, and EMEA offices.
As an IT Help Desk Support at Fivetran you will:
- Help solve or escalate IT issues submitted to it-inbox on Height
- Maintain IT inventory in the Bengaluru office
- Install and troubleshoot video conferencing set-ups and the office network.
- Onboard and offboard India based employees
- Participate in regular security checks and initiatives
- Basic macOS troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience using admin consoles for directories (G Suite, Active directory, etc).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- Understanding of basic security best practices.
- Automation and workflow conceptual knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work with a remote team
- Ability to prioritize tasks
