Who you are:

Led the design and integration of new and existing Fortinet Firewalls into a complex enterprise environment. (We are currently working with Fortinet but have plans to work with Palo Alto too)
Understand networking/design which includes things like routing, switching, ethernet (fiber optics 10/40/100G), F5, TCP/IP, packet trace, and analysis.
Coordination with the team to prepare all deployment activities.
Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting Fortinet firewalls, particularly during design deployments, highlighting the capability to navigate and resolve intricate challenges within the Fortinet network security ecosystem.
Possess familiarity with fundamental CLI commands for viewing configuration settings, troubleshooting network issues, and extracting crucial information from Fortigate platforms.

What you will do:

Replace and refresh the existing firewalls with new Firewall infrastructure.
Coordination with the team to prepare all pre-deployment documentation necessary.
Ensure the new equipment is registered and added to the inventory management System.
Project management of deployment.
Testing of the existing firewall configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents post-migration as needed.
Manage the delivery and inventory of equipment.
Coordination of removal and proper destruction of the decommissioned firewalls.

Would be awesome if you have:

Experience with network design documentation.
Fortinet NSE 4+ certified (Preferred)
