Who you are:

An expert at Linux, coming in with 5+ years of experience with Linux OS, having worked with C programming at the Kernel level.
Advanced in Python - including Python 3, for developing and maintaining components within the infrastructure platforms, ensuring efficient and robust code implementation.
Familiar with Network Protocols (HTTP & WebSocket) and how they function in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
Knowledgeable on authorization stacks (SSL, TLS, or Kerberos) able to ensure secure communication protocols are implemented

What you will do:

Work on an internal Linux Container platform as a developer/engineer to problem-solve solutions for a large banking firm.
Use strong written & verbal communication skills to document your procedures and processes.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate on a microservices platform to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Utilize Git for version control and CI for automated integration/testing, ensuring codebase integrity and platform stability.
Create comprehensive documentation on changes made for effective collaboration and future reference within the team

It would be awesome if you had:

Experience with Microservices architecture.
Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Understanding of Transmission Control Protocol (TCP).
Proficiency in C++ programming language.
Knowledge of algorithms.
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
