About the Role
Under the People Team's guidance, you will develop knowledge of the brand transformation and experiential design industry and how Inclusion and Diversity play a crucial role in our business. You will help create interest in the company through outreach through underutilized methods. You will initiate and foster the relationships of organizations and groups that focus on Inclusion and Diversity that are industry-relevant.
Update internal databases with candidate information, including contact details, resumes, and portfolios
Search for inclusive and diverse job boards, careers pages, and social networks that are industry-relevant
Partner with the People Team to create innovative strategies for untraditional or hard to reach groups
Identify additional ways to engage with diverse community members
Support the early talent efforts such as interns through the lens of inclusion and diversity
