Job Purpose:


  • Client Understanding Understand the client’s business and structure
    - Exposure to working as part of the Account Management team in a client facing environment
    - Demonstrate an interest in our clients, sectors, and competitors within the FITCH remit (retail, experience, brand)
    - Distil your knowledge to form observations and insights, distributing relevant project and sector knowledge to the wider Account Management team
  • Team Coordination Ensure the smooth running of the team
    - Ownership of weekly client status reports, revenue forecast reports, resourcing requests
  • Budgeting Demonstrate financial awareness for projects
    - Ability to significantly contribute to developing cost proposals for new projects
    - Ability to forecast, raise POs, invoice, and maintain tight management of small ongoing project budgets
  • Project Management Run small scale projects
    - Manage timelines and resource in conjunction with the Account Manager / Director ensuring that the wider team including Strategy, Creative and Digital know the project status and next steps
  • Creative Demonstrate an informed point of view on the creative work
    - Demonstrating an interest in and sound judgment of creative work against clients’ brief, customer needs and ambition
