Customer Success at First
Customer Success is absolutely vital to ensure our rapidly growing user base is fully activated and leveraging First’s products to grow their business. As a part of the Customer Success team, you will help real estate agents make strategic business decisions based on predictive analytics. We are looking for a CSMs who will improve onboarding, drive activation, ensure retention and delight in customer satisfaction at every point of contact with our clients.
What you bring to the table
- 1-2 years of customer support experience
- Passion for great Customer Experience, particularly in product-driven companies
- Excellent ability to proactively communicate both internally and externally
- Strong executing and administrative skills
- A passion for encouraging customers
- Ability to thrive and prioritize goals in a fast paced, organization focused on scalable growth
- Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, 'get things done' attitude
