What we're looking for
- Research key information as it relates to agents and brokerages to aide in prospecting outreach
- Prospecting database of leads to qualify new opportunities for sales team
- Strategically prospect accounts within defined total addressable market to engage contacts
- Strong and confident verbal communication skills
- Hit key performance indicators as defined by sales leadership aimed at achieving primary targets
- Be a key contributor to culture, team morale and growing and scaling the sales organization
- Self-motivated to over achieve and grow market share for First
