Summary
Our team is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a technical background to support the pre- to post-sales process with enterprise Publisher and Retail customers. You are client-focused, data-driven, and excited to establish and maintain close strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of accounts in publishing and ecommerce categories. You are business-savvy while technical, customer-centric, can empathize with customer challenges, and thrive on building solutions to scale.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and develop strong relationships with a growing mixed portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts (publishers and multi-brand retailers) across Europe with a focus on the UK market
- Act as a strategic business partner and point of contact focused on long-term mutually beneficial partnerships; support with the renewal and upsell terms and track through internal systems
- Be part of the full-cycle sales process by bringing solutions discovery, technical enablement, product deployment assessment, and platform integration expertise
- Assess customers requirements to propose solutions with our platform/product, communicate the integration process in an easy-to-understand manner directly with our new partners, and oversee the live launch and hand-off to Partnership Success
- Partner cross-functionally during the pre- and post-sales process to understand technical requirements and translate to scalable integration solutions and support to internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partnership Success) as well as with the external customers
- Work across sales, product and engineering to provide an exceptional service experience, including onboarding and integration, analysis on campaigns, strategy recommendations, and yield management
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to strategically grow and optimize strategic relationships including providing feedback and continuous process and documentation improvements
- Using your strong analytical background, provide insight to optimize performance across partner experiences
- Support all day-to-day business operations associated with partners
- Be a technical voice of the customer; work closely with the product and engineering teams on product loop feedback to help internal teams strategize, iterate, and prioritize new features and updates
- Continuously create mapping of manual or automated requirements, tests, dependencies, integration playbooks, and technical documents
We’ll be excited if you have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of technical solutions experience, especially in a customer-facing role for SaaS high-growth companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with various technical and non-technical audiences; must have strong empathy and emotional intelligence with diverse customers
- Proven ability with managing and leading multiple technical and high-value enterprise-level integration projects working with various stakeholders on a deadline-driven schedule
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up global environment
- Efficient multi-tasker and over sharer of information
- Must possess a team-first mindset;
- Balanced mix of creative and analytical skills
