Summary
With our global growth, we are seeking a talented Director, Marketing to build and lead our marketing operations. In this visible capacity, you’ll implement our marketing tech stack strategy, process and tools workflows, data development, marketing analytics, and more to overall scalable operations. Your leadership will transform marketing operations and its alignment to sales.
What you'll be doing
- Lead as a strategic marketing operations thought leader across the organization; partner across all marketing, sales, operations and other business units to understand broader requirements and establish marketing operations roadmap and automation tools and measurement integration into Salesforce to support overall global growth
- Identify, develop, and maintain the marketing tech stack, processes, systems, tools and analytics to coordinate and track incoming requests for all B2B marketing activities
- Ensure progress on priority work-streams by building decision-making frameworks, deliverables, etc. to meet business objectives
- Lead in the development of an attribution framework for marketing-led activities; own all marketing activity reporting, measurement, and metrics with different functional leads
- Support the development of internal presentations, communications, training, etc.
- Develop KPIs, lead and lag indicators and perpetually optimize to achieve or exceed customer goals across all phases of the customer lifecycle
- Act as subject matter expert and technical owner of Hubspot marketing and sales capabilities (and/or other) – data quality, privacy, security, enhancement; provide value-added insights to continuously drive marketing excellence
- Develop predictive models for the organization and align the marketing and sales organization’s priorities to the broader business initiative through demand modeling and goal setting.
- Own all vendor relationships within our marketing tech stack and manage all integrations with our marketing automation system
We'll be excited if you have
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of marketing or other operations experience; 7+ years in growth-stage B2B companies building and managing teams required
- Advanced experience working with BI and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Super user expertise with and preference for Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot
- Subject matter knowledge measuring marketing attribution throughout all stages of the sales funnel
- Strong understanding of the typical marketing campaign process, including everything needed to ensure a smooth process from lead capture to MQL distribution, to opportunity creation, to revenue realization

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to detail
- Experience working with a distributed workforce with operational excellence, strong marketing operations experience, leading, motivating, and holding self and teams accountable

- A team-player mindset with the ability to coach others
This role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates in the United States or Canada.
