What you'll be doing:
Own all of Firework’s demand and supply side platform products; define the scope, scale, resources, and roadmap for DSP, SSP, ecommerce, and all channel product lines that will impact advertising and media revenue for the company
We'll be excited if you have:
10+ years progressive experience building online publisher partnerships via a trust-based consultative approach
10+ years of individual quota carrying sales and thrives as an influential individual contributor; you have sold SaaS solutions and subscriptions to publishers
Extensive and continuously evolving knowledge of the broadcast media landscape with an established and active network in the industry
Track record of finding, prospecting, negotiating, closing enterprise deals and complex sales cycle while consistently meeting and exceeding business goals
Start-up mentality; you have been battle-tested in the 0-1 stage and thrive in that environment of continuous learning and optimization
Strong technical understanding; ability to learn new products and technologies and communicate effectively to various audiences
Fast-paced, resilient, operate with urgency, and ability to execute with ambiguity
Strong sense of empathy and a flexible customer-oriented leadership style
The role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates based in the United States or Canada.
