About the opportunity:
As a Professional Services Engineer, your responsibilities include assistance with deploying network, hardware, and software solutions for Fireblocks’ customers across all regions. You will participate in all phases of the research, design, testing, and implementation process. You'll play a pivotal role in modifying project scopes and identifying and troubleshooting issues related to implementation or efficiency. This presents an exciting opportunity to join the Global Professional Services team of engineering experts.
What you’ll do:
- Master Fireblocks services and integrations to support customers and provide hands-on guidance.
- Develop the code for customized solutions for clients by utilizing the Fireblocks platform to meet their specific use cases, enhancing its features, and offering detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and optimize platform usage.
- Conduct training sessions for technical staff on various Fierblocks platform capabilities as well as general cloud, blockchain, cybersecurity, and software development.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with project managers, architects, technical support, customer success managers, and sales teams.
- Participate in blockchain conferences, presenting professional content and networking.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a technology expert - at least 6 years
- Experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python development, utilizing APIs and SDKs and web applications.
- Experience working with customers on a regular basis with a focus on the ‘Customer Experience’.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently articulate technical ideas and solutions for complex projects.
- Technical knowledge in a mix of the following technologies: basic cryptography (PKI, Digital Signatures), IT Security, Docker, Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure), REST API, Databases (SQL and NoSQL), Solidity.
- Eagerness to acquire new technologies, new skills and adapting to evolving technologies.
- Background in working with Blockchain, Crypto and Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
- Background in working with frontend frameworks & technologies is an advantage.
