About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and refining our go-to-market plans for our expanding product portfolio. Collaborating closely with our Product team, you will drive market research, product positioning, messaging, pricing, and channel strategy. We are seeking a seasoned professional who can provide thought leadership, foster cross-functional collaboration, and be an individual contributor as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive the success of our various new products in new markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape go-to-market plans, including market research, product positioning, consumer research, sizing up the opportunity, messaging, pricing, and channel strategy.
  • Work with various stakeholders to bridge the gap between product and marketing, ensuring
    alignment and effective communication by being a subject matter expert on technical product
    documentation.
  • Refine our product positioning through competitive analysis and develop a comprehensive GTM strategy to align products with their ideal targeted audiences.
  • Strong skill sets in technical writing and full product life cycle management.
  • Support product launches with effective communication, product content creation, and
    enablement for cross-functional teams.
  • Lead content creation, market research, and cross-functional enablement to ensure the product's value proposition is effectively communicated.
  • Content Development: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, website content, product presentations, and case studies to effectively communicate product benefits and features
  • Develop and maintain a product content library and support sales teams with product-related
    materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, a strong background in SaaS fintech B2B products is strongly preferred.
  • Start-up experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - specifically strong technical writing skills closing the gap between Product, Marketing, other cross-functional departments, consumers, and businesses.
  • A data-driven mindset, with proficiency in marketing technology tools and full cycle end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with fintech, SaaS/BaaS industries, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Bonus Points

  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90k-$130k+ (depending on experience).
