Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a new, innovative agile product development team. As a member of the product team, you will help define and drive significant product decisions and strategies. You will be a major contributor as we build the next iteration of our digital banking platform by leading the process from an idea to product launch.This position will report to the CEO and work closely with the entire Finfare team. An ideal candidate is someone comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced and enterprising startup environment while holding themselves accountable for results. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead an agile-scrum team through the development and launch of a new Finfare product
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer needs, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, find and implement solutions based on detailed research and analysis 
  • Research for product solutions including analysis of internal analytics data, consumer analytics, and competitive analysis; summarize and present findings
  • Liaise with merchant partners, banks, and internal stakeholders for optimum design, user research and communications 
  • Produce detailed business requirements documentation including complex scenario mapping based on a combination of qualitative research with quantitative data 
  • Track and document universally understood changes for functional specifications; to aid development teams and for use in training 
  • Define acceptance criteria and critical metrics that define success of a product solution, and continue to monitor throughout the product's lifecycle 
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact 
  • Lead cross functional product development teams, consisting of product owners, designers, and developers’ groups in an agile product development cycle to facilitate timely iterative delivery 
  • Drive product launches including working with marketing, finance, and other relevant stakeholders. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. 
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
  • Direct experience in the banking, digital payment, or FinTech industry 
  • Experience leading project development teams
  • Attention to detail and the tenacity to make sure quality standards are high 
  • Ability to drive results, teamwork, and collaboration across cross functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people

 

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150K- $220K (Depending on experience)
