The Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator to join our Product and Tech department as part of our Finance Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, configuration, and optimisation of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform to support our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of both procurement processes and the Coupa system to ensure that the platform meets our strategic objectives and operational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall configuration, design, and functionality of the Coupa platform.
  • Work closely with the IT and finance teams to integrate Coupa with other systems such as Oracle Fusion.
  • Maintain and update system configurations to accommodate new features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform performance and user queries.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security compliance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective procurement management.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimise the procurement process.
  • Analyse system data to produce insights and reports for senior management.
  • Execute and maintain FT Coupa Release Management Regression testing process.

 

What you'll bring to the role

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing the Coupa platform.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across different teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in Coupa Administration is preferred.
  • Certification in Coupa Risk Assess preferred. (or advantageous).
  • Experience in the following Coupa modules preferred: SIM, CLM, Procurement, Invoicing, Analytics, Risk Aware.
