Summary of internship role:
This internship opportunity will be pertinent to an individual interested in exploring a career in the events space.
The internship is a 10 week program, and for this particular role will start mid-May
In this role, you will support the content, marketing and sales functions by:
- Assisting with researching themes and writing copy for event agendas, and helping to recruit speakers
- Assisting with writing marketing email copy, creating social media tiles and sponsor marketing packs
- Helping with research to build a sales target list, including:
- Sourcing intel on sponsors of competing events
- Identifying decision-makers
- Researching their contact details
- Helping to run events (on backend if digital, or at in-person events)
- Managing website updates for content and marketing elements

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $16/hr. To ensure pay fairness, the successful candidate will be offered a salary within the estimated salary range based on a number of considerations including but not limited to: skill set; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organisational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for our NYC office and has not been adjusted for other locations
