Summary: Responsible for the global experienced candidate strategy, including mapping and tracking
the investment banking market. Manages the operations, design, development, delivery, and execution of firm-wide recruiting initiatives

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to senior leaders and key internal stakeholders in order
    to develop a clear candidate search strategy for the future
  • Executive recruiter and research professional focused on the recruitment of investment banking,
    research, business development, private capital markets and other expanding departments and
    teams within FT Partners
  • Responsible for leading research strategy and execution for all assignments and business
    development initiatives
  • Setting database protocol and knowledge management best practices for the talent acquisition
    practice
  • Develop talent mappings and databases for the FinTech, FIG, Tech & Software banking market
    across all bulge brackets and boutique investment banks
  • Ensure all data is effectively tracked and housed within our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Keep abreast of all industry treads within the IBD market, to maintain competitive edge
  • Continue to influence future candidate search strategy and help enhance and maintain brand
    awareness
  • Track candidates progress
  • Work with talent acquisition team on strategic initiatives and candidate outreach
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for team expansion roles, and develop a job catalog
  • Manage online career page and LinkedIn career page
  • Manage LinkedIn relationships and manage company candidate portal

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, sourcing, data management, operations; preferably
    in banking, private equity or professional services
  • Demonstrated knowledge through direct professional experience with learning concepts, training
    techniques, and development methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment, able to successfully navigate competing priorities
  • Self-starter who is action-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • High-level of engagement and commitment to firm's goals and organizational success
  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
