Final Strike Games is an independent development studio with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team and a passion for making multiplayer. Founded by industry veterans, FSG is currently developing AAA experiences for PC and Console.


  • Create and maintain a development schedule for an online multiplayer title
  • Work with directors, leads and other producers to define milestone goals for the engineering team, and create and drive execution plans to achieve those goals
  • Create procedures and standards for operating the live service to ensure minimal downtime and a consistent player experience
  • Work closely with Team Leads to schedule and prioritize tasks and bugs for each development discipline
  • Actively track and manage the scope vs. capacity of the engineering team ensuring that velocity remains predictable at all times
  • Manage task and bug flows as necessary in Jira software
  • Evaluate and improve the development process on an ongoing basis



  • A minimum of 5+ years working as a producer in the game industry with 2+ years of experience in an online title or service
  • Experience managing engineering teams
  • High Level understanding of the technical components required to create Multiplayer games
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • The ability to understand and manage software engineering efforts on a technical level is desirable
  • Expert knowledge of business tools such as Excel, project planning software, QA databases, etc.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to see (near visual acuity) and hear, either naturally or with correction, and speak well enough to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements that include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, and gross manipulation
  • Must be capable of working extended hour days when job/business needs demands
