Final Strike Games is an independent development studio with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team and a passion for making multiplayer. Founded by industry veterans, FSG is currently developing AAA experiences for PC and Console.


Final Strike Games is looking for a passionate and experienced Development Manager to join our team and help us create amazing Multiplayer experiences.  This role is part of the Production family with a focus on core project management functions.

This is a Mid Level to Senior Level role


  • Create and maintain detailed scope and capacity plans for one or more development disciplines
  • Track development velocity and escalate risks as necessary
  • Identify and Plan for dependencies across disciplines
  • Maintain the Jira project for one of more development disciplines
  • Participate in periodic updates to long-term milestone planning
  • Provide detailed project status reports to stakeholders on a weekly basis or as required
  • Evaluate development workflows and processes on a regular basis and propose improvements


  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience related to the development and release of game software
  • High Level understanding of the technical components required to create Multiplayer Gameplay
  • Knowledge of and experience using various software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to react quickly and accurately to changes in project requirements or priorities

Basic Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of business tools such as Excel, project planning software, QA databases, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language
  • Current ability to work in the US or Canada
