Are you passionate about building a new way to meet and work? As a Solutions Consultant you will be responsible for evangelizing and delivering solutions that revolutionize how remote groups create, learn, and solve problems. You will build an understanding of our prospects’ and customers’ objectives and barriers and design a total solution to solve their needs. You will be an expert in the Filo platform and supporting solutions, expected to demonstrate those solutions to prospect and customer team members, and responsible for delivering on those commitments and solutions to our customers.
This is an incredibly strategic and highly cross functional role that requires communication and partnership with our Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate the Filo platform and supporting solutions to prospects and customers
Thoroughly understand the business & technology objectives of our prospects & customers.
Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with executive & technical selling situations.
Scope custom onboarding plans and lead flawless delivery of our software for each occasion.
Continue self learning on our industry and implementation best practices
Lead implementation and execution of Filo solutions and in to support our customers quickly and independently when the need arises
Work with product to ideate, deliver new features, and innovate on the Filo platform.
Willingness and excitement to jump in and support our customers quickly and independently.
Collaborate with internal Sales, Success, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Support, & Services teams to become the voice of the market for internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of SaaS Sales, Client Success, Implementation and/or consulting experience. A combination of these qualifications would be ideal!
- Strong presentation, sales skills, and relationship building acumen
- Background in planning, customizing and delivering strategic product demonstrations and execution plans
- A willingness to think outside the box and quickly develop new innovative solutions to solve our customers needs
- A willingness to move fast, try new things, and work collaboratively both internally and externally
- A personal interest in strategically growing our client partnerships
