About the Role

Figure Technology Solutions is excited to be growing our businesses, expanding our teams, and leveling up our technology provider game. We are looking for curious, innovative, and collaborative team members. Engineering is at the heart of the action, and we are transforming the financial services industry by providing a blockchain-native lending solution. Every engineer has a big impact on the team and the growth of the company. 

As FTS delivers our Lending as a Service platform, we must deliver a shared software development platform, including our IAM (Identity and Access Management) technology. This position will be instrumental in developing solutions to quickly onboard partners and to guarantee our customers and our partners’ customers a secure, intuitive user experience. As an expert in multitenant technology solutions, you will collaborate with engineering, business, and external partners to build a stable, reliable platform for all of our products.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a leader, use your voice, and apply your tech skills to solve real-world problems
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Leadership, executing big opportunities and driving FTS to the top of the FinTech industry
  • Work closely with DevOps, SecOps, and business teams to provide a secure, multi-tenant auth environment for Lending as a Service, focusing on developer adoption and low user friction.
  • Partner with business teams and external partners to implement auth integration using external identity providers
  • Deliver financial grade customer auth systems for both B2C and B2B2C scenarios
  • Collaborate with our partners to accept Web3 wallet-based authentication
  • Work with development teams across the organization to provide guidance and troubleshoot issues
  • Deliver solutions with backward compatibility and ease of adoption as an intrinsic part of the design
  • Design, implement, and maintain a standard, company-wide platform for teams to build backend microservice, internal tools, and customer-facing applications on
  • Provide leadership on security concerns and architecture
  • Be empowered to drive innovation for our lending platform

What We Look For

  • Team player with a positive attitude who gets it done
  • BS/BA or greater in Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar field
  • 12+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Leadership experience working on big products with a multitenant architecture
  • Expertise in both identity and authorization in a multitenant environment
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to execute work with minimal supervision
  • A track record in conceptualizing and building end-to-end
  • Ability to drive a project from concept to release

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range is $156,640 - $195,800 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
