Figure is looking for a Junior Designer to help with the development of Figure products and marketing, from inception to post-launch. As a key member of the Design team, you will work on a variety of projects from lending products, blockchain applications, marketing, and print. The ideal candidate is finding their way in their design career, and welcomes honest feedback as a catalyst to improve.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with our Design team to create lending products, blockchain applications, marketing, and print 
  • Work in cross-functional teams, including engineers, writers, marketers, product managers, and legal to quickly and effectively build and ship ideas 
  • Juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines consistently and champion projects in a full cycle of product development from concept to completion 

What we look for

  • 1+ yrs Design Experience (which can include school, internships, or work)
  • Experienced in Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, and print
  • Portfolio to showcase your work with process
  • Experience in responsive product design from UX through to visual design
  • Ability to communicate ideas with solid rationale  
  • Self-aware, willing to learn, genuinely curious 

Nice-to-have

  • Interest in FinTech
  • Photography and videography experience
  • Studio experience
