About the Role

Join Figment as a Sales Engineer and embark on a thrilling journey to spearhead the growth of our Sales Engineering team in the dynamic APAC region.

As a Sales Engineer at Figment, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the staking landscape for the world's leading digital assets custodians, exchanges, and channel partners. Collaborating closely with technical counterparts on our clients' end, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and automated staking products, utilizing Figment's APIs or harnessing crypto protocols' native libraries.

This isn't your typical 9-to-5 desk job. As a full-time remote position based in vibrant Singapore, you'll be part of a global team spanning North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the pulse of the crypto world and help some of the most exciting crypto brands launch groundbreaking staking products.

If you thrive on tailoring implementation plans to meet the unique needs and resources of our diverse clientele, and if you relish the opportunity to collaborate closely with custody/staking PMs and implementation engineers, then this role is tailor-made for you. We're seeking candidates who are not just familiar with staking, but who truly understand its inner workings and can navigate the complexities of how various blockchains implement staking functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with account executives and product counterparts at client’s side to develop staking products
  • Serve as the client's trusted technical resource for all staking-related inquiries, offering expert guidance and support
  • Develop and execute implementation plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring swift deployment and minimizing time to delegation
  • Conduct live demonstrations of the Figment App and Figment's APIs to showcase functionality and capabilities
  • Maintain timely communication and follow-up with clients to address any questions or concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Extensive experience in sales engineering or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of staking and blockchain technology with a focus on Ethereum staking
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and executing implementation plans
  • Proficiency in conducting live product demonstrations
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering results efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations with ease
  • Written and verbal fluency in Chinese a strong asset
