We are looking for a Director, Account Management to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward-thinking business folks. You aren’t the typical sales leader, and we aren’t the typical design tool company. You’ll collaborate with our existing customer base in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.

You won’t be alone! Figma has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community. As our Director of Account Management you will build and lead a team of Account Managers in the UK responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise products. You will report directly to our VP of Sales EMEA.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • End to end ownership and accountability for the Account Management strategy In UK/I
  • Attract, hire and retain the best commercial talent to scale the Account Management Business
  • Build a diverse team, create and foster an environment of belonging
  • Participate in customer meetings - you’re someone who loves getting in front of customers and coaching your team 
  • Be passionate about career development and coaching 
  • Bring strong sales excellence, process and methodology as we expand and scale the business.
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the Account Management team on strategies to help exceed their goals
  • Collaborate with and provide insight to the Executive team on the needs of the EMEA Account Management organisation
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive, Marketing and Product teams to ensure they understand and can service the needs of the market and members in EMEA

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales (preferably in a high growth environment)
  • 5+ years in management including second line leadership
  • Strong experience leading and building successful and collaborative sales teams
  • Consistent track record of success exceeding net new revenue targets
  • Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment
  • The ability to connect and build relationships with a wide and varied audience of customers
