We are looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to join our team. At Figma we think outside the box, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday, and we encourage you to do the same. With this role you’ll get in at the ground floor in a fast-growing sales organization. You’ll consult with our existing account base in driving relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
You will play a meaningful role in working across Sales, Support, Marketing, and more to drive customer engagement and expansion in the AMER and LATAM regions. Our next team member will have an agile, dynamic approach, be comfortable embracing change, a true team-player, and love working with our growing footprint of customers.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Held to quota and responsible for expansion and renewals across a large book of business(150+ accounts)
Analyze product and account data to understand customer usage that signals potential for expansion or risk of retention
Partner with Analytics and Marketing to derive insights, develop strategy, andtest and engage with customers in scalable methods
Partner with Support and Product teams to ensure we’re delivering a smooth customer experience and factoring customer feedback into ongoing product development
Receive ongoing coaching to continually improve your discovery and closing skills
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in direct client management, ideally in a fast-scaling environment
Track record of building strong relationships and simultaneously growing accounts across a large book of business
Ambitious mindset and enjoy working in an ever-evolving landscape
Consultative approach with an emphasis on discovery; ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements.
Experience partnering with technical stakeholders and many different customer personas
