As the Office Manager, you'll embark on a dual-role adventure blending the worlds of office management and entry-level human resources (HR). This pivotal position offers a unique chance for someone new to HR to build their strengths in this area while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities that Define Your Day:

Office Management:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Oversee building management and day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and modifications.
  • Negotiate purchases and manage office supplies.
  • Organize travel arrangements and host visitors.

Entry-Level HR Support:

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Assist in benefits administration and resolve claims.
  • Act as a liaison between staff, HR, and payroll.
  • Champion new approaches to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of office management experience.
  • Entry-level experience in human resources is a plus.
  • Proficiency in business English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of office processes and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a knack for innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
