About the role:

  • The Marketing Analytics and Insights team at Fetch is responsible for understanding business drivers, user behavior, and foresight to influence the evolution of user experience based on data-driven insights. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Fetch’s data-driven marketing strategies that fuel user growth, engagement, and retention. Working at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, design experiments, and optimize campaigns. This role combines analytical rigor, technical expertise, and business acumen. You’ll work with large, complex datasets to identify patterns, apply critical thinking to craft compelling recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement impactful marketing strategies. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Growth & Retention:
    • Analyze marketing and user data to identify trends and opportunities that enhance acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
    • Partner with marketing teams to assess user behaviors and key lifecycle moments, creating strategies to drive high-value actions.
  • Experimentation & Campaign Optimization:
    • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns and product features, measuring results against KPIs.
    • Provide recommendations for campaign adjustments, ensuring scalable and repeatable success.
  • Insights & Reporting:
    • Build and maintain dashboards and deep dive analysis to track marketing performance and key metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Referral, Engagement).
    • Conduct segmentation and cohort analysis to inform targeted, personalized marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Partner with marketing and product stakeholders to align analytics insights with business goals, defining success metrics and measurement plans.
    • Present findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Innovation & Scalability:
    • Identify gaps in data infrastructure and collaborate with engineering to enhance data pipelines and automation.
    • Champion data-driven decision-making by driving best practices in experimentation and analytics throughout the organization.

Skills we believe you need for the position:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, R, or other programming languages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Grafana) and experimentation platforms.
    • Working knowledge of A/B testing, lift analysis, and statistical methodologies.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills:
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mindset & Work Style:
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
    • Self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
    • Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on driving business impact.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $130,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
