Packages are sent to our local facilities and we coordinate secure, direct-to-door delivery at the resident’s convenience. As a venture backed startup, we’re already operating in cities from coast to coast with exciting growth on the horizon.
Works directly with the outside sales team to make sure data in the CRM is up to date and correctly reflects their business.
Works with our large Client partners to ensure that our data is meeting their needs, typically in the form of monthly reporting. As well as working with them to retrieve any data from them that would help our business processes.
Will assist top performers with putting together custom proposals and/or contracts.
Should be able to develop custom reports in Salesforce and Tableau to either assist the Sales team, or help with end of period reporting.
Help drive adoption of third party Sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Quip, and Qwilr.
Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Works with the Finance department to ensure closed deals correctly reflect the pricing, locale, and warehouse that has been signed in the contract.
Updates our CRM’s community (apartment) information on a quarterly basis to ensure it is up to date with other industry syndicates.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Associate(s) to enhance the adoption and continued development of the tools in our Sales toolkit.
Collaborate closely with the Manager, Revenue Operations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead & demand generation.
Work closely with both the Marketing Department and the Business Development Associate(s) to ensure the Sales team has the material that they need to effectively sell in the field as well as prospect and drive demand.
Skills & Requirements:
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Great communication skills, prior work experience in a role that spanned multiple departments is a plus
