We are searching for a Sr. Software Engineer, Embedded based in Hamburg, Germany to join our team. You will have the chance to learn from existing products and chart the course for future technology-based professional audio products.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with team members to refine requirements for software development
Communicate closely with development, QA, Product Owners, and Product Designers
Design, improve, and implement application software on embedded target platforms
Adherence to company-wide software design concepts and guidelines
Propose, document, and implement process improvements 
Collaborate with coworkers as a member of a product-focused SCRUM agile team 
Think logically, and debug problems based on facts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher. MSCE/CSE, MSCS preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience in software design and development
Strong object-oriented C++ programming skills and Git required
Ability to debug software on hardware using JTAG emulators, Oscilloscope, UART, etc
Proficiency with embedded software debug environments
Fluent German and English language skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent time, task, and resource organization skills
You are a self-starter, with a proven ability to continuously learn on your own
Background in music production and audio technology, as well as knowledge of music production software and software instruments, is a plus
